Sweet, Simple, and Built from Real Life
Keto & Green was born from a simple need: we wanted to eat well and live well without sacrificing the foods we loved.
I’m Kristina, and my husband Merlin and I started Keto & Green together after discovering just how life-changing a low-carb lifestyle could be. However as a vegan with a nut allergy, I found it hard to stick with keto using the typical ingredients out there.
But when we embraced a version of keto that was plant-forward, clean, and flexible, everything clicked. I lost weight, felt clearer and more energised and more importantly, I was enjoying my favourite foods again, just in a different way.
We also realised that keto didn’t have to mean greasy, restrictive, or unsustainable. By taking a plant-based approach, we were building meals that felt healthier, lighter, and something we could live with long-term.
What we couldn’t find, though, was a natural way to bring sweetness back into our lives... especially one that fit our values and was approved for use in the UK.
That’s when we found Monk Fruit, a fruit used for centuries in traditional remedies by Buddhist Monks in the Guilin region of Southern China, and now available in the UK and EU through a simple, water-based extraction. No additives, no preservatives, just the fruit.
Our first product is just that: a water-extracted Monk Fruit ingredient that brings gentle, natural sweetness, with almost no calories or carbs per use, nothing artificial, and no compromise.
