Sweet, Simple, and Built from Real Life
Keto & Green was born from a simple need: we wanted to eat well and live well without sacrificing the foods we loved.
I’m Kristina, and my husband Merlin and I started Keto & Green after discovering just how transformative a low-carb lifestyle could be. As a vegan with a nut allergy, I initially struggled with the typical versions of keto that relied heavily on processed or animal-based ingredients.
When we shifted toward a more plant-forward, ingredient-conscious approach, everything changed. I felt clearer, more energised and, most importantly, able to enjoy my favourite foods again... just in a more intentional way.
We realised keto didn’t have to feel greasy, restrictive or unsustainable. It could feel balanced. It could feel like something you build long-term.
But there was one thing missing.
Sweetness.
Not excess. Not indulgence for the sake of it. Just the small rituals that shape a day. Coffee in the morning, yogurt bowls, something gently sweet that felt aligned with how we were trying to live.
What we couldn’t find was a natural way to bring sweetness back that fit our values.
That’s when we discovered monk fruit, a fruit traditionally grown in Southern China and now available in the UK and EU through a simple water-based extraction.
Our first product is exactly that: a water-extracted monk fruit infusion made with just monk fruit and water.
No erythritol.
No stevia.
No fillers.
No additives.
Keto & Green exists to make reducing sugar feel simple, not restrictive. Whether you’re keto, plant-based, diabetic, or simply trying to be more mindful of what you use every day, we want to offer something that feels like it belongs in your kitchen.
